Our Factory — 39 Looms, 120,000m a Month

39 weaving machines — 27 dobby, 6 jacquard and 6 narrow-width jacquard — and 2 inspection machines produce up to 120,000 meters of window covering fabric a month: zebra, roller, blackout, sunscreen and jacquard.

Weaving since 1998. Daily production and finishing are tracked by computer, and every roll is inspected twice — after weaving and again after finishing — before it ships.

That second inspection is why defects do not reach your cutting table. Faults that only appear after coating or laminating are caught here, not at your factory.

Standard width is 280 cm, or 300 cm for sunscreen. Fabric ships in rolls of 30 to 50 meters.
